After a thorough examination of the molds, raw materials, product documentation and the process, we deal with transforming the thermoplastic resins, thermosetting resins (with fiberglass and carbon), and the new generation technopolymers.

  • Thermosetting materials are generally more resistant than thermoplastics due to the catalysts added to the base compound, which trigger chemical reactions at the molecular level, forming a final structure that is harder and irreversible.
  • Thermosetting plastics cannot be reused by melting but can only be ground and recycled as filler material for various applications.

Product Quality Control

Each molding activity is monitored through specific statistical quality controls, including the use of optical inspection equipment to verify the geometric accuracy of the produced parts.
